Equipping the Church to Care Well
The Called to Care Coalition is committed to strengthening the Church’s ability to serve children and families with excellence, wisdom, and compassion. Through our Training & Equipping, we prepare churches, and volunteers to understand trauma and offer stabilizing support, and walk alongside families with dignity and Christlike love. This training helps leaders recognize the real struggles families face and respond in ways that bring healing and hope.
“But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.” Matthew 9:36
Building Stronger Communities Through Collaboration
When churches, agencies, and volunteers are equipped with the right tools, families experience stronger support and fewer children enter crisis. Our training empowers partners to identify needs early, mobilize resources, and create wrap-around care that leads to long-term stability. By learning together and serving together, we cultivate a united community of helpers who share the same mission: to ensure no child or family walks alone.
“Then He said to His disciples, ‘The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” Matthew 9:37
C3 Summit: Encourage. Equip. Mobilize.
The C3 Summit brings churches, nonprofits, business partners, and volunteers together for a powerful day of inspiration, training, and strategy. Through keynote sessions, workshops, and collaborative discussions, attendees are equipped to serve more effectively and unite around a shared vision—creating More Than Enough care in our community. The Summit sends out “laborers into the harvest,” strengthened and ready to make a lasting impact.
“Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:38
