Leader's Orientation (March 2026)
Leader’s Orientation equips church leaders, point people and team leaders with the tools and best practices needed to effectively oversee CarePortal responses. Leaders learn how to manage requests, support responders, and ensure requests are met efficiently and with integrity. This training emphasizes building sustainable response teams and creating meaningful connections for children and families.
Responder Training (MARCH 2026)
Responder’s Training is an interactive expert led video facilitated session tailored for individuals who want to actively serve children and families through CarePortal. Participants learn how to respond to requests, connect with families safely and compassionately, and navigate the platform to provide timely support. This training ensures responders are trauma and dignity informed to make a direct impact while honoring the personal dignity and privacy of each family.
